What products and services do you offer?
We supply commercial textiles, custom manufacturing, embroidery/printing, upholstery, and wholesale ordering.
Products include; Pillow covers, linens, cushion covers, curtains, tablecloths, napkins, coasters, aprons, uniforms
Do you provide custom or made-to-measure items?
Yes — we design and produce made-to-measure items, specific to your order
We do not have 'stock products' ready for sale
Can you add logos or embroidery to our products?
Yes — we offer hand embroidery and machine embroidery, screen printing and digital printing, or custom tags
What are your minimum order quantities and do you do small runs?
We accommodate both bulk orders and small bespoke runs; minimums vary by product

Do you offer wholesale pricing for business?
Yes — we provide wholesale pricing direct to businesses.
What fabrics and materials do you use?
We do not stock so much fabric, as each order is a custom order. Materials are sourced for the order.
We have easy access to cotton, linen, polyester blends, waterproof/outdoor textiles, and upholstery fabrics
How long does production and delivery take?
Turnaround depends on product and order size — typical lead times range between 2–6 weeks
Expedited options are only available to small orders, when possible, this can not be guaranteed
What are your payment terms?
A quote will be provided to all client requests. Once approved, an invoice will be provided, deposit is required to start production, and balance is required on completion, or within 2 business days.
No other terms are accomodated.
Do you offer samples before ordering?
Yes — Once the client has provided details of the product, a samples can be supplied. (Fees may apply, refundable on bulk orders).
What warranty or quality guarantees do you provide?
We guarantee workmanship; defects or issues reported within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced per our policy.
